CryoGen successfully delivers turnaround scope on large Humber facility
The scope involved dry ice blasting / cleaning of tubes in the convection section of five large heaters.
The initial turnaround window was scheduled for five, twelve hour shifts, despite a number of delays which were out of our control, with the assistance of key client representatives and efficient execution, the CryoGen team were able to bring the work back on plan and handed over the heaters back to the client ahead of schedule. All works were inspected and passed first time with no re-works required. This is the first time the Humber facility has used Dry Ice cleaning machine to clean the heater tubes.
